Roma III
In October 2002, we stopped overnight in Rome to catch a flight to Sicily the next morning. We had reserved a room at Casa per Ferie Santa Maria alle Fornaci, that was listed in Walsh and Walsh's Beds and Blessings. It is about 40 minutes from Fuimicino Airport by train, a short walk both from the Stazione San Pietro and to Vatican City. During this brief visit, we retraced some of our steps on previous trips, attended a papal mass at the Vatican, and saw some things that were new to us. These photos were taken with a digital Sony Mavica CD-300. They are reduced in resolution to speed up loading.
